生化机理：Carmustine is a member of the antineoplastic nitrosourea compounds. Carmustine can perform both alkylating and carabamoylating action and owes part of its cytotoxicity to its demonstrated ability to produce interstrand DNA cross linking. In addition, this compound has been documented as an inhibitor of glutathione reductase, trypanothione reductase, and lipoamide dehydrogenase (DLD).DNA alkylating agent. Forms interstrand crosslinks in DNA preventing DNA replication and transcription. Inhibitor of glutathione reductase, lipoamide dehydrogenase and trypanothione reductase. Active in vivo .
