生化机理：RAD51-Stimulatory Compound-1, RS-1 is a cell-permeable sulfonamido-benzamide compound which acts as an allosteric effector of active human RAD51 filament structure and stimulates DNA binding and recombination activities of hRAD51 protein. RS-1 is shown to enhance homologous recombination and efficiently repair Cisplatin-induced DNA damage in human fibroblasts at 7.5 μM.High affinity human homologous recombination (HR) protein RAD51 stimulator. Low micromolar concentrations enhance DNA binding (K d = 48-107 nM, dependent on cofactors present),\xa0and result in longer protein–DNA complex lengths.
