生化机理：Bendamustine Hydrochloride is a small molecule bifunctional DNA alkylating agent, combining a nitrogen mustard functionality with a purine-analog structure. The dense DNA-damaging functionality of Bendamustine differentiates it from other compounds used as antiproliferative agents, and these functionalities are thoμght to promote cell death throμgh a variety of different pathways including apoptosis and mitotic catastrophe. Accordingly it has been indicated for use in treating proliferations and malignancies refractory to the effects of other DNA alkylators. Efficacy against chronic lymphocytic leukemia is particularly indicated with Bendamustine, presenting a potential intervention upon this notoriously variable and ubiquitous type of malignancy.DNA alkylating agent. Causes DNA intrastrand and interstrand cross-links. Induces apoptotic gene expression. Anticancer, apoptotic agent in vivo .
