生化机理：Oxaliplatin is a platinum-based antineoplastic agent that is used in cancer chemotherapy. Oxaliplatin is an anti-tumor agent with activity against colorectal cancer; cytotoxicity follows the formation of adducts with DNA. Oxaliplatin forms platinum-DNA adducts. Oxaliplatin causes intra- and interstrand DNA crosslinks blocking DNA replication and transcription.Diaminocyclohexane platinum anticancer agent. Induces DNA cross-linking and blocks DNA synthesis. Induces apoptosis and cell cycle arrest.
