生化机理：Emodin is a potent Lck (p56lck tyrosine kinase) inhibitor (IC50 = 18.5 μM). Selectively blocks the growth of v-ras transformed human bronchial epithelial cells (IC50 = 15 μM). Emodin has been shown to suppress HER2/neu tyrosine kinase activity in HER2/neu overexpressing breast cancer cells. Emodin is an inhibitor of Casein Kinase.Potent, selective 11β-HSD1 inhibitor (IC 50 values are 186 and 86 nM for human and mouse 11beta-HSD1 respectively). Antioxidant agent. Activates caspase-3, -8 and -9. Increases Bax and decreases Bcl-2. Antidyslipidemic in vivo. Orally active.
